A resource for riders with and without disabilities to locate riding programs, clinics and upcoming events in a specific area. Welcome to the Equestrian Resource Guide, ©2003 Thorncroft. We hope you find the first edition a great source of information. The 2005 Guide will include many more farms and will offer participants the opportunity to advertise upcoming clinics, events, horse shows, etc. The guide will be available to all participants and friends by mail and as a hand out. We encourage your comments and welcome your participation. If you are not already listed and wish to be in the Fall 2005 Guide please complete the enclosed questionnaire and return it to Thorncroft. Would you like to share an upcoming event with readers of The Equestrian Resource Guide? If you would like to advertise upcoming events or clinics or have a specialty that you would like to share (that is not included as standard on you information page) please mail a hard copy in the form of a one page black and white ad with a check for $12.00 made out to Thorncroft. Outside back cover is available first-come-first-served for $25.00. The Guide is available in as a paper booklet for $2.50. Your farm/program listing is still free! An open letter from Jenny, and an invitation to provide the information about your farm or program. Help us to make the guide even more useful. Dear Friends; I hope this letter finds everyone doing well. Summer has arrived quickly with many activities to look forward to. Thorncroft has published the Spring 2003 Edition of the Equestrian Resource Guide, composed of therapeutic and non-therapeutic equestrian centers throughout Chester County and the surrounding area. It is our goal to include equestrian centers throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. Enclosed is a questionnaire regarding different events that may occur at your farm/program, and any accreditations your center may have. I have also included an extra questionnaire to hand out to a friend within the equestrian field. This information will be available to interested persons and organizations. Please contact Sallie, 610-644-1963, for additional information. Thank you for participating in the completion of this project. Sincerely, Jennifer L Abke, creator and original compiler of the Guide.
