Thresholds: A campaign for the Future of Therapeutic Horsemanship and Thorncroft
Placing the needs of its students first and foremost, Thorncroft is embarking upon a comprehensive plan to develop the facilities and expand and augment programs so that students, especially those with special needs, will have an optimal environment to learn, grow and flourish.
Under the leadership of Elizabeth R. Moran and George F. Rubin, who are serving as Co-Chairs of the campaign, Thorncroft is reaching out to the community to raise $2,200,000 to provide the funds needed to assure the continuation of the mission long into the future. They are working diligently with community leaders and philanthropists to secure the support and participation of individuals, foundations, businesses and groups. The successful achievement of the goal will provide the funds needed to expand facilities and introduce programs that will benefit students now and long into the future. Moreover, it will continue a legacy of compassionate and dedicated service that brings hope, joy, and accomplishment into the lives of those with special needs, changing lives for the better.

Thorncroft welcomes all visitors. Our farm is open, and here to share. Friends of all ages come to enjoy the idyllic atmosphere, the warm sun on your face and the animals in a farm setting. Children run through our meadows, walk through our streams, and perhaps for the first time... touch a horse. Come and visit us!
